The beds were spacious, there was a kitchenette, and the room had a bathtub, which was great.

was only here for trip, though would have stayed for longer. travelled with my family members and everything was very good. in general rooms were brand-new exactly like in pictures. it was unbeatable in a such of short time from the airport.

The decoration of the hotel was simply beautiful, with elegant furnishings and charming details. It made me feel like I was stepping into a luxurious and cozy home. , the general areas of the hotel were easily accessible for senior people like myself. The elevator was spacious, and there were comfortable seating areas where I could rest and relax after a long day of exploring the city.

I would have appreciated better assistance from the staff. Sometimes it felt like the children working there were not attentive to the needs of senior guests.

I recently stayed at Crystal Downtown Apartments for a few nights on a leisure trip. The location was fantastic, with easy access to scooters right outside the hotel for exploring. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the keypad entry made check-in a breeze. I especially enjoyed the view of the courtyard from my room and the warm atmosphere. I had a great rest and the friendly hostess made for enjoyable conversations.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The apartment was cozy and felt just like home. I loved the convenience of having a microwave, washing machine, and a tea/coffee maker. It made my stay so much easier and more comfortable. The kitchenware, stovetop, and tumble dryer were a bonus too!

Personally, I found the shower in the fully equipped private bathroom a bit small. But hey, it might be perfect for others!

We had an amazing stay at a cosy apartment right in the heart of Budapest. the location couldn't have been better, with a tram stop right outside and a short 20-minute walk to either the club scene or the shopping scene. the apartment itself was beautifully modern, situated in an old Hungarian building. We loved the stylish decor and cleanliness of the place. the bed was extremely comfortable, and we appreciated the convenience of keypad entry for check-in. Plus, there were scooters available right outside for easy transportation around the city. our stay at Crystal Downtown was perfect and we would love to stay there again. Cons: Liked everything! 😊.
